All notices are available to the public free of charge. Notices remain posted for a minimum of one week, and are retained in an online archive for at least one year after posting.

The New Jersey Department of Military Affairs makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and availability of all public legal notices posted on this website.

Pursuant to P.L.2025, c.72, publication of a legal notice shall not be deemed defective or invalid due to a clerical or administrative error, temporary website outage, maintenance interruption, cyber incident, or other event beyond the Department’s control.

In the event of a temporary disruption, notices remain valid and binding as of their original posting date. Copies of all legal notices are retained in the Department’s archive for at least one year and are available upon request.
