Report Suspected Fraud

When making a report please be sure to include as much information as possible, including who you are reporting, any contact information on the person / business / employee, and any other information you believe is relevant about the suspected fraud.

A person (someone who is misusing public assistance benefits or receiving benefits you believe they are not entitled to)

A business (e.g., a food store providing cash in exchange for SNAP (food assistance) benefits or a child care provider)

A social services employee

Child Care (If you have a complaint about a provider, that is not fraud-related, you may submit your complaint here. To report child abuse and neglect, including those occurring in institutional settings such as child care centers, schools, foster homes and residential treatment centers, contact the Child Abuse Hotline 1-877-652-2873)
