DCISR Button About The Office of Employee & Organization Development (OEOD)

OEOD LogoThe Office of Employee and Organization Development services employees of the Division of State Police and Department of Law and Public Safety.

Specifically, OEOD provides confidential services through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Management and Organizational Assistance (MOA), and Chaplain services to employees and their immediate families experiencing organization, behavioral, or personal problems which can adversely affect their ability to function on the job effectively, efficiently, and safely.

History has shown that employees may experience behavioral or personal problems, which if unresolved, can have a profound effect on their overall well-being and job performance. Consultation with and assistance to work organizations through organizational development processes can enhance management's value for quality performance.

The confidence and success exhibited in past events has reinforced the need of OEOD for assistance with the resolution of work related problems in order to benefit the employee, their families, and the organization.
