On Thursday, May 25, 2023, the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority (the "Authority") intends to sell the above-referenced bonds (the "Bonds"), subject to market conditions. The sale will be led by the bookrunning senior manager Jefferies LLC. Interest rates on the Bonds will be set at the time of the sale.
