The Highlands Council is accepting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants with expertise in government agency auditing, to conduct a financial audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, and with the option of conducting such audits for each of the four subsequent fiscal years. See RFP for complete details.
