Felix Zamora guides municipalities with efforts aligned with the State Plan (SP). Leads the regional outreach and engagement to acquire diverse public feedback for updating the SP. He is also the Brownfield representative of his office and is involved with state agencies, including climate work.

He holds a City and Regional Planning M.S. degree from Pratt Institute, an Environmental Science B.S., and a GIS certificate from New Jersey City University. He previously worked with UPROSE for environmental justice work while completing his master's thesis, a resource for his local community garden, where he volunteers.
