(a) The certain parts of State Highway Routes NJ 183 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as mid-block crosswalks:
1. In Sussex County:
i. In the Borough of Stanhope:
(1) Mid-block crosswalks:
(A) Beginning at a point 930 feet south of the southerly curb line of Dell Road and extending 10 feet southerly therefrom (approximate milepost 1.65).
