Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 21
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 21 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
1. In Essex County:
i. In the City of Newark:
(1) No stopping and standing along both sides:
(A) From Pointer Street to the Newark City-Belleville Township line, including all ramps and connections under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
ii.  In the Township of Belleville:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between a point 200 feet south of the southerly curb line of Bayard Street and the ramp leading to Rutgers Street.
(2) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between the intersections of Bayard Street and Mill Street.
iii. In the Township of Nutley:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
2. In Passaic County:
i. In the City of Clifton:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps, service roads and connections thereto which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
ii. In the City of Passaic:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps, service roads and connections thereto which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
3. In Bergen County:
i. In the Borough of Wallington:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps, service roads and connections thereto which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 21 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no parking bus stop” zones, where the parking of any vehicle other than omnibuses, picking up or discharging passengers, is prohibited at all times:
1. In Passaic County:
i. In the City of Passaic:
(1) Near side bus stop along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Union Avenue - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Union Avenue and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.
