Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 37
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 37 described in this subsection are designated and established as "no parking" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq, and NJAC 1.30. In accordance with NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected to notify the motoring public.
1. In Ocean County:
i. In the Township of Manchester:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
ii. In the Township of Toms River (formerly Dover):
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iii. In the Township of Berkeley:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iv. In the Borough of Seaside Heights:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 37 described in this subsection are designated and established as "no parking" zones where parking is prohibited at all times. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-198, permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established bus stops:
1. In Ocean County:
i. In the Township of Toms River (formerly Dover):
(1) Near side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Route NJ 166 - Beginning at the westerly curb line of Route NJ 166 and extending to a point 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(B) Fisher Boulevard – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Fisher Boulevard and extending to a point 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(2) Far side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Hooper Ave – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Hooper Avenue and extending to a point 100 feet easterly therefrom.
(3) Mid-Block bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Northampton Boulevard Beginning at a point 250 feet west of the westerly curb line of Northampton Boulevard and extending to a point 135 feet easterly therefrom.
(4) Near side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Fisher Boulevard – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Fisher Boulevard and extending to a point 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(5) Far side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Route NJ 166 – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Route NJ 166 and extending to a point 100 feet westerly therefrom.
(6) Mid-block bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Hooper Avenue - Beginning 250 feet west of the westerly curb line of Hooper Avenue and extending 135 feet westerly therefrom.
