(a) Turning movements for the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 31 described in this subsection are hereby regulated as follows:
1. In Mercer County:
i. In the Township of Ewing:
(1) No left turns:
(A) From Route NJ 31 (Pennington Road) southbound into the Campus Town driveway for TCNJ (Block 215, Lot 34) eastbound, located 775 feet south of the southerly curb line of Carlton Avenue (approximate milepost 3.24).
(B) From the Campus Town driveway for TCNJ (Block 215, Lot 34) westbound onto Route NJ 31 (Pennington Road) southbound, located 775 feet south of the southerly curb line of Carlton Avenue (approximate milepost 3.24).
ii. In the Township of Hopewell:
(1) No left turns:
(A) From Route NJ 31 southbound onto all driveways eastbound between the Pennington Circle and Interstate 95 (approximate mileposts 4.92 and 5.92).
(B) From Route NJ 31 northbound onto all driveways westbound between Interstate 95 and the Pennington Circle (approximate mileposts 4.92 and 5.92).
(C) From the driveway of 2349 Route NJ 31, Pennington Road Auto Body, Mothers Recovery, eastbound onto Route NJ 31 northbound (approximate milepost 5.06).
(D) From Route NJ 31 southbound onto Brandon Road eastbound (approximate milepost 5.08).
(E) From Route NJ 31 southbound onto Crest Avenue eastbound (approximate milepost 5.27).

(A) From Route NJ 31 northbound onto the North Hunterdon Regional High School driveway westbound (approximate milepost 30.98).
(B) From Route NJ 31 northbound onto the southernmost driveway of Beaverbrook Development westbound known as Beaverbrook Driveway/Country Club Road (approximate milepost 31.62).
