Table 1 - The following is a list of permits obtained, are in process of being pursued, or will be pursued by NJEDA in the future. Some permits will require input from a tenant based on their precise site and facility development specifications.

NOTICE FOR LEASE OF PROPERTY AT THE NEW JERSEY WIND PORT

NJEDA is inviting non-binding offers to lease up to 35 acres for offshore wind-related uses, including but not limited to:

  • Project marshaling
  • Staging and assembly
  • Temporary component storage
  • Vessel-to-vessel component transfer
  • Vessel servicing/provisioning
  • Offshore wind operations and maintenance activities
