County ICRA Reports

The Isolated Confinement and Restriction Act (ICRA) reports are the result of a legislative mandate instituted by P.L. 2019, c.160, (30:4-82.11) and detail the use of housing statuses as defined under ICRA during the specified period. Reports are published quarterly. It is incumbent upon each county to prepare, promulgate, and issue their respective reports directly to the New Jersey Department of Corrections for inclusion on this webpage.
