Contract Term: The base term of this Contract shall be for a period of ten (10) years from date of Contract award.

This Contract may be extended up to two (2) years with no single extension exceeding one (1) year, by the mutual written consent of the Contractor and the State at the same terms, conditions, and pricing at the rates in effect in the last year of this Contract or rates more favorable to the State.

Contract Term: The base term of this Contract shall be for a period of 6 months for administrative purposes; however, the Contract shall terminate upon Using Agency certified completion of all contractual activities.
