Pursuant to 26:2H-46.3, the Department shall require all nursing homes to post on their websites annual owner-certified financial statements along with the most recent cost reports submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The Department adopted rules (N.J.A.C. 8:97) to effectuate the purposes of the statute.

• Annual owner-certified financial statements as defined by N.J.A.C. 8:97-1.2.
• Most recent cost report submitted to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

The Department will ensure all website links received from nursing homes are available on the Department's Nursing Home Facility Data Dashboard
