Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract- WSCA and NASPO Contract Compliance Review Services

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to participate in the State of Utah’s contract for "WSCA and NASPO Contract Compliance Review Services". Information regarding the contract may be found on the Utah website at:

The State of Utah’s contract will have a term of 5 years from date of award.

The State of New Jersey is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.
