NJ Projects

Under Governor Murphy’s leadership, New Jersey has established an ambitious goal of generating 11 GW of electricity from offshore wind energy by 2040 as part of the State’s Energy Master Plan to transition to 100 percent clean energy by 2035. Although there have been some bumps in the road, New Jersey has been a national leader, providing support for infrastructure projects of national importance, like the NJ Wind Port, and awarding offtake agreements to several offshore wind projects.
