Notice is hereby given that in accordance with
Executive Order No. 103
, the following shall apply to ALL Bid Solicitations advertised by the Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property:
All Mandatory and Optional site visits are suspended.

Quotes submitted in response to a Bid Solicitation MUST be submitted through the

eProcurement site. Hard copy Quotes will NOT be accepted regardless of whether the specific Bid Solicitation permits the submission of hard copy Quotes. The Division’s Quick Reference Guides to assist Vendors with navigating

. Vendors should refer to the Quick Reference Guide entitled “Submit a Quote” for information and instructions on how to submit a Quote through the

Inquiries concerning the use of

may be directed to njstart@treas.nj.gov. Substantive questions related to the Bid Solicitation must be submitted through the “Q&A” Tab of the Bid Solicitation in

in accordance with Bid Solicitation Section 1.3.1 Electronic Question and Answer Period.
