Citizen Engagement Services

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Citizen Engagement Services to provide the Motor Vehicle Commission with a product catalog that offers access to numerous products including, but not limited to Resident Engagement Platform, Identity and Security Platforms, Point of Sale/Cashiering Platform/Agency Payment solutions, Digital Title & Registration System Platform, Insurance Filings Platform, and Data and Insights/Analytics Platform.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the Citizen Engagement Services Contract led by the State of Utah on or about July 2024. The State of New Jersey expects to award a Contract to Tyler Technologies.

The Citizen Engagement Services Contract has a term of April 19, 2022, through September 19, 2025, with the option to extend up to two (2) additional 1-year periods.
