“Fix DMV” bill to be signed into
law tomorrow, January 28, 2003
Governor James E. McGreevey will sign the “Fix DMV”
legislation into law tomorrow, January 28, 2003 at 11:30 a.m.
at the Edison DMV agency, 45 Kilmer Road, Edison, NJ.
Fulfilling a commitment to overhaul the Division
of Motor Vehicles, Governor McGreevey will sign legislation
which reforms the agency, enhances security, and improves
customer service.
The comprehensive reform measures will make the
agency more responsive to the needs of New Jersey,
and address problems of fraud, corruption and identity theft.
