Signed into law by Governor Murphy on June 30, 2025, P.L.2025, c.72 reflects the transition from traditional print newspapers to online platforms by updating legal notice publication requirements. Pursuant to P.L.2025, c.72, all Legal Notices for the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission shall be posted below.

In accordance with P.L.2025, c.72, which updates legal notice requirements to reflect the transition from traditional print newspapers to online platforms, all New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (NJ-CRC) legal notices shall be posted on the NJ-CRC website at nj.gov/cannabis/about/legal-notices.
