Contracting units must provide post-award notification for any contract issued pursuant to public exigency or emergency for an amount exceeding $2.5 million. • Post-Award Notice for Emergency Contracts Valued at $2.5 million or More

Pursuant to Executive Order 166 (Murphy), each principal State department, agency and independent State authority must notify OSC of potential State procurements valued at $150,000 or more involving COVID-19 Recovery Funds and/or a COVID-19 Recovery Program. Notification must be given at least 10 business days prior to the advertisement, negotiation or solicitation of a contract or purchase.
