The proposed Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Action Plan includes the creation of the Supportive Housing Assistance Relief Program (SHARP) fund. This fund will be administered by the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, Division of Supported Housing and Special Needs and is expected to provide $25 Million in CDBG-DR funding to provide quality, permanent supportive housing, and expand housing options for special needs populations severely impacted by Superstorm Sandy.
