Contract Award Process: How to become a DCF contractor?

The Office of Grants, Integrity, and Auditing (GIA) of DCF administers a fair and open procurement process that allows for public competition through the development and processing of Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
