    • Ambulatory Behavioral Health Services for mental illness and substance use disorders
    • Crisis care for enrolled clients
    • Expanded care coordination to help individuals navigate the healthcare system
    • Peer Services
    • Family support services
    • Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services such as supportive employment and education

CCBHCs are available to any individual in need of care across the lifecycle.  This includes (but not limited to) people with serious mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, substance use disorders, and mild or moderate mental illness.  CCBHCs will provide care regardless of ability to pay, caring for those who are underserved, have low incomes, are insured, uninsured, or on Medicaid.
