(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 179 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:
1. In Hunterdon County:
i. In the City of Lambertville, the Township of West Amwell, and the Township of East Amwell:
(1) No Passing Zones:
(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-045A dated March 24, 2014.
