The Bidders’ questions resulted in several changes to the provisions of the RFQ. The Division is posting a Revised RFQ, the Electronic Questions and Answers and a Bidder Checklist. Bidders are advised that the proposal submission date remains the same, Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 12 noon EST.
