Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract M2022)

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for gasoline and fuel credit cards to replace the existing State contract for M2022 – Fuel Credit Services Statewide – Contract #87676, which expires on November 30, 2018.

The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the Choice Partners – Harris County Department of Education 18/011KC-02 contract.  The State of New Jersey expects to award a contract to Impac Fleet.

The Choice Partners – Harris County Department of Education 18/011KC-02 contract has a term of November 29, 2017, through November 28, 2019, with options for extension through November 28, 2022.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Note that the comment period ends with the close of business on December 14, 2018.
