The Division of Taxation has begun mailing applications for the 2014 Homestead Benefit. Applications are being mailed to homeowners according to the schedule below. The deadline for filing is Wednesday, November 30, 2016.

The Homestead Benefit application delivery dates by county are:

County Expected Delivery Date
Atlantic, Bergen, Cumberland, Warren September 17
Cape May, Mercer, Ocean September 20
Monmouth,  Somerset, Union September 22
Hunterdon, Middlesex, Passaic, Sussex September 24
Camden, Hudson, Morris September 27
Burlington, Essex, Gloucester, Salem September 29
