Special Notice

NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM)

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for a Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM) program in order to increase child support collections through the identification and location of financial institution accounts of delinquent obligors; facilitate interstate case processing; simplify standardization and centralization of the data match; and provide savings through cost sharing of a single-site FIDM processing unit.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the Financial Institution Data Match contract led by Michigan in October 2023. The State of New Jersey expects to award a contract to the vendor awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meet New Jersey compliance requirements and execute a New Jersey Participating Addendum.

Additional information, including the original Bid Solicitation and the Master Agreement are available at: https://sigma.michigan.gov/webapp/PRDVSS2X1/AltSelfService, under guest access.

The Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM) contract has a term of July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2029, with the option to extend up to three (3) additional 1-year-periods.

The comment period ends with the close of business on September 23, 2022. To ensure that your comment is received, it must be submitted to the Division of Purchase and Property's Hearing Unit at dpp.protest@treas.nj.gov
