Notice of Participation in Cooperative Contract – ESRI GIS Software and Services M-(TBD)

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for ESRI GIS Software Services.
The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the ESRI GIS Software and Services contract led by the State of Massachusetts in the November 2016 timeframe. The State of New Jersey expects to award a contract to the vendor awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meets New Jersey compliance requirements and executes a New Jersey Participating Addendum.

Additional Information, including the original RFP, the Master Agreement, and executed Participating Addenda from all participating states is available.

The Esri contract has a term of October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2019 with an option of two (2), one-year extension periods. 

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
