  • Paystubs (most recent 30-days), SSI/SSD statement or award letter, pension or retirement statement or award letter
Assets
  • Completed Asset Attestation form
  • Needed for all mortgagors and their spouses

Signed IRS Form 4506-C

  • Signed Form 4506-C – Needed for all mortgagors and their spouses for tax years 2019 and after.
Mortgage Statement
(for all mortgages)
  • Most recent mortgage statement for all mortgages on the subject property.
Conditional Documents
(if applicable)
  • Self-Employed Applicants – 2 most recent year’s tax returns.
  • Applicants claiming rental income – 2 most recent years tax returns.
