Latest Updates

Aug. 3, 2026

File processing in NJSLEDS has resumed and districts can upload files again. The 2025-2026 CTE and Course Roster Official Submission Periods have been extended to Wednesday, August 5, at 5 p.m.

If your district still has records in error, make corrections in your local source system first, then upload the corrected records to NJSLEDS before the new deadline.

Error reports for these submissions are generated overnight, so a file uploaded on Wednesday afternoon will not have an error report until Thursday morning. Districts that expect to need more than one pass should upload early enough to review the report and re-upload before the window closes.

Issue identified. File processing is paused and the August 3 CTE and Course Roster Official Submission deadlines will be extended.

Original Statement

Posted August 3, 2026. Superseded by the updates above.

A database system vendor is currently experiencing a known issue that is affecting NJSLEDS file processing.

Effective immediately, districts should stop uploading or processing files in NJSLEDS until further notice. The vendor has not provided an estimated resolution time, and no workaround is currently available.

Because the issue is affecting file processing on the scheduled deadline date, the August 3, 2026, deadlines for the 2025-2026 CTE and Course Roster Official Submission Periods will be extended. Revised deadlines will be announced after file processing resumes.

We will provide another update as more information becomes available.
