New Local Course fields now appear on the Student and Staff Course Roster error report, and Staff Course Roster Out of Sync now supports staff assigned to more than six schools. Re-upload affected files to clear errors.
The NJDOE has released the FY27 Perkins Performance Reports, including District Enrollment, School and Program Enrollment, Two-Year Performance, Performance by CIP, and Performance by Special Population. Reports must be reviewed, analyzed, and uploaded as part of the Perkins Local Application.
The NJDOE has publicly released the 2024-2025 School Performance Reports. Embargoed reports are no longer available in NJSLEDS; refer to the public reports website for access going forward. Resources for school communities, including conversation guides and a sample letter, are also available.
Submit Change Requests by June 15, Merge Requests by June 15 and Delete Requests by June 23 to ensure processing before the June 30 EOY snapshot. The Change Requests deadline has been updated from a previously communicated June 1 date.

Record-level error statuses are now displayed in the Submission Records Report for Student Management, Staff Management and Staff Vacancy. A Course Type validation error on the Student Course Roster has been resolved, and Out of Sync validation for CTE and Course Roster submissions now accounts for mid-year student movement. Re-upload affected files to clear errors.

New delete request templates now require a deletion reason, support single-record or entire-file deletion, and include built-in validation and instructions. Download the updated templates from the Key Documents page, save as .CSV UTF-8, and submit through the Help Desk.
The CTE and Course Roster practice submission window opens April 1 and closes June 30. The official EOY submission window opens July 2 and closes August 3.
A new system-generated RecordID field is being added to Staff Vacancy. All existing data will be cleared March 19 at 5 p.m. Export your data before the deadline.
