DMV Proposes Regulations
Pertaining to The Enhanced Motor
Vehicle Inspection And Maintenance Program
The New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles has proposed amendments of regulations pertaining to the enhanced motor vehicle inspection and maintenance program.
The Division of Motor Vehicles' regulatory proposal was published in the August 5, 2002 issue of the New Jersey Register. Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained by mail from the Division of Motor Vehicles, 225 East State Street, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, New Jersey 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
A public hearing concerning this proposal will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, September 23, 2002 at the First Floor Public Hearing Room, Department of Environmental Protection, 401 East State Street, Trenton, New Jersey.
