NJDOT proposing to
amend rules on State
Highway Access
Management Code, Appendix B
(Trenton) - The
New Jersey Department of Transportation
is proposing to amend N.J.A.C. 16:47,
Appendix B, State Highway Access Management
Code. This chapter establishes guidelines
and procedures to manage vehicular
traffic to and from State highways.
The proposed rule appears in the
October 17, 2011 issue of the New
Jersey Register. The public has
until December 16, 2011 to comment
on the proposal. Persons wishing
to comment on the proposal must
provide their comments in writing
to Miriam Weeks, Administrative
Practice Officer, NJ Department
of Transportation, P.O. Box 600,
Trenton, NJ 08625-0600. Faxes may
be sent to 609.530.3841. Comments
must be postmarked or sent by telefacsimile
on or before December 16, 2011 which
is the close of the 60-day public
comment period.
Comments submitted to the Department
on the proposed rulemaking are public
records and are available for public
inspection by appointment during normal
Department business hours.
