Department of Transportation Amending Utility Accommodation Rules

(Trenton) - The New Jersey Department of Transportation is issuing notice of amendments at N.J.A.C. 16:25.  The rules proposed for amendment regulate the location, design and method of installation and maintenance of utilities on State highway rights-of-way. 
The proposal was published in the April 1, 2019 issue of New Jersey Register at 51 N.J.R. 470(a). It may be viewed on the Department’s rule proposals page here.
