Special Notice - M4006 Notice of Award

Effective March 1, 2022, the State of New Jersey joined the NASPO ValuePoint contract led by the State of Utah for Wireless Data, Voice, and Accessories and is open to all State agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Partners.

As a result, the State has awarded Master Blanket Purchase Orders (Blanket P.O.) to the following Vendor's {Contractors}:

• AT&T - 22-TELE-05861
• T-Mobile USA, Inc. - 22-TELE-04580
• Verizon Wireless - 22-TELE-05441

The base term of these Blanket P.O.s is from March 1, 2022 through August 11, 2024 and the Participating Addendum allows for each Blanket P.O. to be extended for up to five (5) years with no single extension exceeding one (1) year.

Please note, that the current contract, T216A – Wireless Devices and Services with AT&T (Blanket P.O. 82584) and Verizon Wireless (Blanket P.O. 82583), has been extended for 90 days to allow for the transition to the new contract. Existing users within the Executive Branch should continue their services under T216A during this transition until further communication is sent out from OIT regarding the changes. All other users, including Cooperative Participants can direct their questions regarding the transition to the appropriate vendor.
