Steering Committee

The Asset Management Steering Committee (pdf 172k) is comprised of senior leadership staff who guides implementation of the Asset Management Policy for the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) (pdf 203k). The Steering Committee sets goals, objectives and priorities for improving Asset Management at NJDOT, and ensures that NJDOT is making meaningful progress to achieve its Asset Management goals and objectives. The Steering Committee also approves department-wide strategic initiatives in order to reach to Asset Management goals.
