The Levoy has been a Millville landmark since 1908, when it opened as a theater and dance hall. After multiple renovations for movie theater audiences, the structure was vacated in 1974 and quickly deteriorated due to water infiltration.

The Trust grant helped fund the repair and reinforcement of a pair of trusses over the balcony. The community is exploring adaptive reuse and restoration options for the Levoy to support Millville’s active arts district.
