Office of the Secretary of Higher EducationThe Office of the Secretary of Higher Education is pleased to announce the release of the Notice of Grant Opportunity (NGO) outlining the re-application process for the Fiscal Year 2027 County College-Based Centers for Adult Transition Grant. The State has committed $1.8 million to ensure all students, regardless of life circumstances, have access to a high-quality, career-relevant academic program to succeed in the global economy.
The deadline to submit grant applications is on or before 5 p.m. on September 16th, 2026. The NGO and budget template can be found on OSHE's Grant Opportunites page.
