Supportive Services Program
The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is committed to increasing diversity and participation of Disadvantaged
Business Enterprises (DBEs) on NJDOT projects. In order to expand the number of DBE firms that are active on NJDOT projects,
NJDOT has launched the Bridge to Success Supportive Services Program to help certified and qualified DBEs achieve proficiency
to compete, on an equal basis, for contracts and subcontracts.
The Bridge to Success Supportive Services Program has been designed to assist certified New Jersey-based DBE contractors by
providing free, in-depth business and technical training in vital business areas. The management consultant firm, r6catalyst,
will be managing and implementing this program for NJDOT.
The Bridge to Success Supportive Services Program is open to all certified and qualified New Jersey-based DBE contractors who
are seeking to bid and work on NJDOT projects. The registration/application period for the NJDOT DBE Supportive Services will open
in Fall 2017. Twenty DBE contractors will be enrolled in the program.
