The US Department of Labor (DOL) administers federal labor laws to guarantee workers' rights to fair, safe, and healthy working conditions. The US Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), housed within the Department of Labor, protects workers, promotes diversity, and enforces the law.
