Mahjabeen Shah appeals the determination of the Division of Agency Services that the proper classification of her position with Trenton Psychiatric Hospital, Department of Health, is Administrative Assistant 3.  The appellant seeks a Program Specialist 2, Social/Human Services classification.

Brett Goebel – CSC Docket Nos. 2025-2695 – Decided August 18, 2025

Brett Goebel appeals the determination of Stockton University that the proper classification of his position with the University is Professional Services Specialist 4 Administrative Services.  The appellant seeks a Professional Services Specialist 3 Administrative Services classification.

ACTION:     The Chair/Chief Executive Officer directed that these requests be denied.

Alexandria Rodriguez – CSC Docket Nos. 2025-2619 – Decided August 19, 2025

Alexandria Rodriguez appeals the determination of the Division of Agency Services that the proper classification of her position with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development is Interviewer.  The appellant seeks an Employment Counselor classification.

Stacey Boston – CSC Docket Nos. 2025-1652 – Decided August 27, 2025

Stacey Boston appeals the determination of the Division of Agency Services that her duties as a Coordinator for the Special Classification Review Board for the Department of Corrections are within the scope of her current title, Supervising Classification Officer.  The appellant requests that these duties be removed.

Rocio Velazquez appeals the determination of the Division of Agency Services that the proper classification of her position with the Bergen County Board of Social Services is Human Services Aide.  The appellant seeks a Human Services Specialist 1 classification.
