Information about position classification can be found in N.J.A.C Title 4A:3. Also, you can consult your HR team manager (see the Team Map [pdf] to find out who your representative is) or view the State & Local HRM FAQs found on our website.

Your human resource team representative can be found on the Team Map under the Division of Classification and Personnel Management. The HR team representatives assist appointing authorities, employers and employees with getting their HR questions answered and directing them to the appropriate agency.
