CLIP National Learning and Development Month 2024

October is National Learning and Development Month. CLIP believes that observing and promoting National Learning and Development Month is important for the growth and retention of the State workforce. The positive impact that training and development activities have on upskilling and knowledge enrichment has benefits that have a cascading effect on the services that agencies in the State provide to internal and external stakeholders.
