During the Video
While watching the simulated conference, take notes on the following components of the conference:
- Evidence collected/submitted regarding practice
- Final observation score
- Attainment of Administrator Goals and scores
- Student growth objective (SGO) average score
- Summative score (non-median student growth percentile (mSGP) principals)
- Review of preliminary annual performance report
- Progress on professional development plan (PDP)
- Strengths and potential areas for growth and development
After the Video
- Discuss your findings with a partner (five minutes).
- Discuss your findings with the whole group (ten minutes). Note the ways the conference meets NJPEPL process criteria and ways it might be improved
