This session highlights how Dunellen School District leveraged Learning Experience Leaders (LELs) to move from traditional professional development to meaningful, ongoing professional learning. By embedding LELs as facilitators & coaches within Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), Dunellen created collaborative structures grounded in data, instructional practice, & student outcomes. Participants will learn how LELs support teacher teams through cycles of inquiry, establish clear norms & roles, and build collective responsibility for student success. Attendees will leave with practical strategies for developing teacher leadership, strengthening PLC implementation, & creating sustainable systems that make professional learning job-embedded, collaborative, & impactful.
