The Delsea Regional School District transformed teacher leadership from an informal instructional mastery model into a state-approved registered apprenticeship through the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. This session outlines the system design, partnership development, & policy alignment required to build a sustainable leadership pipeline. Participants will examine how apprenticeship structures improve teacher retention, elevate professional culture, & create clear advancement pathways without leaving the classroom. The session connects leadership development to climate outcomes, demonstrating how formalized growth systems strengthen both educator efficacy & organizational coherence.
