Teacher burnout remains a critical challenge, with local data highlighting limited time for collaboration, inadequate stress management resources, & declining self-efficacy. This session presents a replicable, multi-faceted approach that addresses these concerns through professional learning in neuroeducation, the use of AI tools to support research-based practices, a Professional Learning Community grounded in adult learning, & an 8-week Loving Kindness Meditation course to reduce stress & compassion fatigue. Attendees will explore how this model can strengthen teacher well-being, increase time for collaborative reflection, & support innovative instructional practices that boost student engagement, while offering districts a practical blueprint for a more positive & collaborative school environment.
