Telehealth
Aetna is now offering a $0 copay for telehealth visits (until further notice). You can use telehealth visits for any reason, not just COVID-19 diagnosis. Just contact your doctor and they'll let you know how they can see you by virtual care services (videoconferencing and over-the-phone care). Teladoc® is also now temporarily available to all Aetna Medicare Advantage members at no cost. However, you are encouraged to seek virtual care from your own doctors when possible to maintain care continuity.
To access Teladoc, simply call 1-855-TELADOC (855-835-2362) or visit Teladoc.com or help. It's available 24/7.
Resources For Living
For those concerned about COVID-19 and anxious about what to do, the Resources For Living program is now available for all members and non-members. You can receive confidential and timely connection to support resources in your community. You can call 1-833-327-2386 (TTY: 711) to speak with a Resources For Living consultant.
