Teladoc® is also now temporarily available to all Aetna Medicare Advantage members at no cost. However, you are encouraged to seek virtual care from your own doctors when possible to maintain care continuity.

To access Teladoc, simply call 1-855-TELADOC (855-835-2362) or visit Teladoc.com or help. It's available 24/7.
